If you are trying to play a fun gag on your guest of honor, try these Magic Relighting Black Birthday Candles. Just when the birthday guy or gal thinks they've blown out the candles, they re-light! We've tested these candles, and the trick to them is to let them burn for at least 60 seconds before the person attempts to blow them out. Once blown out, they will smolder for 2 - 3 seconds, and then magically relight! Be careful with these candles, extinguish them by dipping them into water before disposal. 2" tall.
