When will my order arrive?
PartyPail ships from several different warehouses around the country. We try to be conservative when we quote delivery date estimates, assuming the longest time in transit for ground shipments. We process orders Monday - Friday, with a daily shipment cut-off of 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Orders placed on Monday through Thursday after 6:00 PM Eastern time are processed the next business day. See the shipping schedule below for an estimate of your delivery time.

Order Verification: Billing & Shipping Address Issues
If the "Ship To" location is different than the "Bill To" location, we may delay your order until we can confirm the details of your order via telephone. Please provide an accurate phone number where you can be reached during the day.
If the billing address does not match the address on file with your bank, your order will be delayed until we can verify your address. To avoid order processing delays, please make sure you enter the exact address where your credit card or debit card statement is mailed in the "Bill To" fields in the shopping cart.
WE SHIP FAST!
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose, and the shipping times begin AFTER the order leaves our warehouse. We generally ship via FedEx or USPS (Priority Mail) depending on the package size, it's shipping location, and the method of shipping you've selected. Typical delivery time for ground shipping is five business days (excluding the day it shipped). Remote locations, and APO may take longer.
2 Day and 3 Day Rush Delivery Options
For expedited shipping, we offer a choice of 3-Day and 2-day listed shipping options. Shipping times always begin the day after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Typically, the shippers we use do not include weekends and holidays in their deliver time estimates, and do not deliver on weekends or national holidays. For example, a 2-day order shipped on Thursday will arrive Monday rather than Saturday.
Overnight Delivery Options
We can custom quote an overnight rush delivery if you really need something that fast. For custom quotes, please call or email us with your zip code, and a list of the items in your order.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping
For APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii/Alaska, and US Territories, plus for anyone who desires to use the US Postal Service Priority Mail service, we offer a USPS shipping option. Shipping times always begin the day after the order leaves our warehouse. USPS Priority Mail is generally a 2 to 3 day delivery service, and they also deliver on Saturdays, which can save you and extra delivery day.
Don't select this option if:
- You want guaranteed delivery dates, with detailed trackable delivery status. If you want this type of service, select our 2-Day or 3-Day shipping options to take advantage of FedEx's great shipment tracking capabilities. USPS does not provide detailed tracking status on packages in their system.
- Insurance on your product. Although packages shipped via USPS ARE insured, this merely enables us to send you a replacement package more quickly should your original package go missing. In this scenario, delays are unavoidable.
* A note of caution: USPS Priority Mail is not trackable the same way as FedEx, and this is not a guaranteed at a certain time delivery service. Our experience is that the products arrive 2 - 3 mail days (excluding Sundays and holidays) in 95-98% of the shipments.
APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii/Alaska, Puerto Rico and other American Territories
We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail. If you wish us to ship to you in any of these locations, please select our Priority Mail Shipping option when you place your order. If you do not select the Priority Mail Shipping Option when you check-out, we will manually process an upcharge to your credit card for this expedited handling. Please note that the USPS does not provide detailed package tracking like FedEx, and they do not guarantee their delivery times. For Guam, USVI, and other US territories, we reserve the right to review the order, and contact you with a custom shipping quote.
Shipping Rates - Free FedEx Ground Shipping On Merchandise Orders Over $75 in Contiguous 48 States
Order more than $75 in merchandise, and you will receive free ground shipping! Orders must ship to Street Addresses in the Contiguous 48 United States - not valid for shipments to PO Boxes, APO, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territories. To receive your free shipping, please make sure you select "Ground" as your shipping option. We may ship orders in more than one box, depending on the size of the order. Orders typically are charged the rates below, but certain over-sized or custom items may have handling surcharges which will be described in the product detail page for that item. We reserve the right to not ship an order if for some reason (due to your specific location, the size of your order, etc.) your order has extraordinary handling or shipping charges from FedEx or USPS. We typically ship using our standard shipping costs as listed below - we will contact you within 1 business day if your order is subject to any additional handling charges.

Mother Nature & Delivery Delays
Unfortunately Mother Nature can impact your delivery date – please plan accordingly. This includes ordering early, and taking into consideration any weather conditions your package may encounter during its journey from our facility to your doorstep.
Shipping Address Mistakes & Surcharges
If your shipment requires extraordinary handling by our shipper due to the order having a wrong address, no one being available to receive the shipment, or any other reason, we will pass along those charges to you at the cost we've been charged by our shipping provider, and charge the credit card used in the original purchase.
